Turbo Machining Service

Machining turbocharger for modification/upgrade purpose requires extensive turbo knowledge, experience with different applications, and the right cutting tools. We have them all. This is not something your average machine shop can do correctly. There is no drawing/blue print available and there are very strict tolerances on the contour part of the housing.

Before you contact us with questions or price quote, here are some of the things to keep in mind:

* The costs of our machining service range from $200 to $750 depending on application 

* The cost would include cleaning and inspecting of your core parts

* Return shipping cost is usually under $20

* Normal turnaround time for machining service is 2 - 3 business days from when your core parts arrive at our door, unless otherwise specified by us before you order

* There is no deposit required if you send in your core parts first

* We do offer cleaned, ready to cut housings (subject to availability) with core charge. Deposit will be required if you decide to go this route
